To cancel an order prior to making payment, click the “Clear Cart” button to the left of the “Update Cart” button and below the Quantity total.
Shipping time varies depending on location. All GP:50 in stock products are shipped from our world headquarters in Grand Island, NY 14072 within two business days of an order being placed. Out of stock items have a 4-5 week lead time prior to being shipped.
A sales acknowledgment will be sent within 48 Hrs followed by a UPS Tracking No.
If the product ordered is from stock there is a 20% restocking charge.

If the units are in stock, they typically ship in less than 1 week. If faster service is required, please indicate in the Order Notes area. (Higher shipping fees may apply.)
